What is Whole30®?
Whole30®, founded by Melissa Hartwig in 2009, aims "change your life in 30 days". The goal of the program is to help put an end to unhealthy cravings and habits, restore a healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract and balance your immune system by cutting out or limiting certain food groups that could be having a negative impact on your health. By doing so, your body has a chance to "reset" and recover from whatever effects your diet has had on your body.
