Recipe: High Octane Meal Replacement Granola Bars


  • 2 c. quick oats
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 c. dark chocolate chips
  • 1 c. dried cranberries
  • 1 c. milled flaxseed
  • 1 c. vanilla whey protein powder


  • Mix all ingredients until blended. Spread into an 8x8 pan.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Store in air tight container or refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
