Les Mills GRITTM


This high-intensity interval training builds cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn. GRITTM features three 30-minute workouts: strength, plyo and cardio. 

GRIT Strength

GRIT Strength is designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. 

GRIT Plyo

GRIT Plyo is a plyometric-based workout designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body. 

GRIT Cardio

GRIT Cardio improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.


GRITTM Punch Cards


Every GRIT participant (member & nonmembers) will be required to purchase a GRIT Punch Card or purchase a single drop-in class. Drop-in participants will be required to pay in advance at the membership office. Each participant will need to check in with the GRIT Coach before class begins. If you do not have a punch card or have not payed for the drop-in rate in advance, you are not able to participate in the GRIT class.

Members:

  • Punch Card: Purchase a 12-class pass for only $30, and get the 13th class for free! ($2,30/class)
  • Drop-In Rate: $5

Nonmembers:

  • Punch Card: Purchase a 12-class pass for $145, and get the 13th class for free! ($11.15/class)
  • Drop-In Rate: $15
