Les Mills BODYSTEPTM is offered in three versions: Classic, Athletic and Express.

BODYSTEPTM Classic is a 55-minute workout perfect for those seeking a full body cardio workout with 70 percent focused on athletic movement and 30 percent focused on choreography and rhythm. This awesome workout makes you forget how hard you're working because of the fun factor injected in each new release. 

BODYSTEPTM Athletic is a strong, functional step training that unleashes power and athleticism. This 55-minute class is ideal for members seeking a challenging results-focused step workout without any complete step choreography. 

The Sam B. Cook Healthplex also offers an abbreviated 30 & 45 minute Express class.
