Up your Game
The Athletes in Training (AIT) and Kids in Training programs are designed to train your athletes and children to achieve optimal condition. Participants will improve core strength, overall strength, agility and stamina.
AIT Group Fitness
Your team can sign up for an energetic, motivating and challenging workout with our Les Mills Group Fitness Instructors. The Les Mills classes will help improve overall fitness and well-being, increase muscle strength and endurance of the entire body, increase bone density and burn calories. Classes meet two times per week.
AIT Personal Training
AIT Personal Training is offered in a small group setting or individually. This sport specific training in a group setting is for up to four student athletes who play on a team. A training program will be developed based on the group's goals and needs, and a pre- and post-assessment will be performed on each individual to determine baseline fitness. Athletes wishing to work individually will work one-on-one with one of our professionals to design a program that will fit the individual's needs.
Kids in Training
The Kids in Training classes allow kids ages 10 and up to improve their overall health and wellness in a fun group setting. The 45-minute group class involves core conditioning, functional strength training and general cardiovascular exercises. The classes will be held two times per week, and instructors will create at-home workouts to keep kids active.
Sessions are directed by our nationally certified staff who are experienced in working with athletes and kids of all abilities.
