*Bonus: Participants who join the New Dimensions Program and start a fitness membership at the Sam B. Cook Healthplex will receive a waived joining fee valued at $45.00. Members will receive 10% off a personal training package that is purchase within one month of the New Dimensions start date.

Classes meet in the cafeteria at the Southwest Campus on Wednesdays. Weigh-ins are at 5:30 - 6:00 p.m. and presentations are from 6:00 - 6:30 p.m.
