Combines exercise & nutrition education for weight management and overall health.
- Pre- and post-program testing for weight, body fat, inches, resting heart rate & blood pressure.
- Weekly group meetings, alternating weeks of healthy eating discussions and exercise demonstrations.
- Stay on the healthy track this fall with a Fall Fitness and Health Challenge activity tracker & educational handouts.
Thursday Evenings | 5:30 p.m. | April-July
5:30 pm - Weigh-In and Cardio Training on your own in the Cardiac Rehab Area
6:00 pm- Group Training in the Healthplex Gym
Nutrition Training in the Healthplex Break Area
Basic program: $25 members; $75 nonmembers (add $100 for full access to the Fitness Center
Personal Trainer: $175 (includes 12 weekly training session with one of our personal trailers)
