What is Whole30®?

Whole30®, founded by Melissa Hartwig in 2009, aims "change your life in 30 days". The goal of the program is to help put an end to unhealthy cravings and habits, restore a healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract and balance your immune system by cutting out or limiting certain food groups that could be having a negative impact on your health. By doing so, your body has a chance to "reset" and recover from whatever effects your diet has had on your body. By doing the Whole30® you can connect with your body and better understand how the foods you eat actually affect your day to day life and your health.

Why Whole30®?

The Whole30® program is truly designed to be life-changing in the way you think about and crave food. More than 95% of participants lose weight on the program and improve body composition, without counting or restricting calories. Participants also report effectively changing long-standing, unhealthy habits related to food, developing a healthier body image and a dramatic reduction or elimination of cravings,e specially for sugar and carbohydrates.
